  • QPR Gatekeeper training to recognize and attend to warning signs 

  • Newsletter

  • Training and continuing education

  • Volunteerism with community suicide prevention activities

  • Quarterly meetings, an annual member program, and other events

  • Collaboration with like-minded individuals and groups

  • The "Lay My Burdens Down" faith-based initiative, providing trainings and advisory council support
